Early this morning, I got the following e-mail. I’m copying and pasting it here because:
- The blog is titled “Total Rip-Off”, which means that I like to stand on the shoulders of giants. And just repost what they wrote 😛
- I really like Charity: Water as an organization because of the innovation and clear principles they focus on. Namely, they recognize the importance of communicating your message effectively (through really good photos and videos – they make things look pretty).
And they are clear and focused about their message – each dollar you give goes directly to funding water projects in developing countries, and $1 is all it takes to provide clean water to one person for one year.
See? Simple and relatable.
